Earth 240 miles up

Earth time lapse sequences of photographs taken with a special low-light 4K-camera by the crew of International Space Station expeditions 28 & 29 from August to October, 2011.  It’s rad to see the curvature of the earth from two hundred and forty miles up.

A-Rob POV

Lost a true icon of Aloha, positive energy being, and next level spirit this year. Aaron Robinson, or A-Rob as his friends knew him still rides on. Check out this collection of special moments of A-Rob from his personal Go Pro. We join him in Oregon hitch-hiking his way to Chile, the place he loved so much and eventually took his life.

check out some photos and our past feature on Aaron here.

The Meth Project

Talk about a very intense campaign, one of the most heavy one’s we’ve ever seen actually. The Meth Project makes the anti-pot commercials look like Osh Kosh B’Gosh ads. Darren Aronofsky, the director of Requiem for a Dream was asked to direct each commercial, and you can see for yourself, that his too-real style of film-making has a really  good chance of really making kids think twice about dabbling in one of the worst things ever invented. It’s so sad to hear that this addiction continues to ruin life after life. Growing up in Montana, it was something that was starting to come around in high school, but now they bust a meth lab in the woods every few weeks. Share this if you feel like it could impact someone for the better. And if you’re asking us why we would post something like this, it’s because we think it’s important to share something that could save lives.
