Some heavy indie hitters performing at this years FYF Fest presented by Altamont.  For those of you who went last year and experienced some of the disorganization (basically produced by one person last year) they have partnered with Goldenvoice to help with everything that goes along with a festival (for better or worse).  The show is all ages and goes from noon to midnight on multiple stages.  Tickets go on sale Friday, June 17th.

You’ve probably seen this Genius’s stuff around the blog world lately, but we wanted to make sure you havn’t missed it. Lots of great images that are fun and play with narrative, but don’t go overboard with a cheesy story. A solid mix of still life and fashion style photography that feels so appealing.

Warriors of Radness releases California Girls Video. It highlights girls and the release of a few of their new tees.

Ukrainian FEMENistas’ second topless Chernobyl-themed protest of the year involved negative campaigning, “Cancer of Democracy” sign waving, gas masks, arrests, light prison time, fines and head injuries. See them get roughly dragged off again, but beware that you won’t get the full effect of the writhing and passionate wreath-wagging from the photos: They also squeal like banshees.
