We have something for you. Our friend erik from Aarhus, Denmark, sent us his new EP that goes by the title No Boundaries. For me it served as an exorcism of the winter blues.

When I first met erik —real name Erik B. Jacobsen— in Lima, Peru, he was already publishing rap music under the moniker Julaw. It instantly struck me how incredibly talented Erik is with languages. Today, his identity relaunch along with the new EP mark a milestone in his career. With No Boundaries he manages to stay true to his positive style but takes his rap game to a whole new level.
His climbing up the ladder didn’t go unnoticed by some big shots in the industry. No Boundaries features a cameo by the Atlanta-based crew Cunninlynguists who are featured on the EP’s second track “Progress”. The biggest step up was probably when Erik opened the show for Talib Kweli the other day, one of the most sophisticated contemporary artists in Hip-Hop.
