Tours is Philadelphia producer Dylan Sieh. He’s a young 21 year old indie electronic artist who under his moniker has been releasing a lot of great tracks in a very short time into the internet wild for free. Tours presents a fresh take on the ever-abstract Chillwave genre that was carved with Washed Out – pitch change, mysterious samples, infrequent vocals, with generous synth and bass. Tours’ recent track, Low Life (feat. Steffaloo), is what initially got me hooked. Coincidentally a WT favorite, Work Drugs, used Tours’ song IJS as the basis for their song Dirty Dreams.
